Thanksgiving and Well-Being

Namaste Dear Pod – What a beautiful Thanksgiving holiday we had and a great reminder to give thanks every day of the year. Giving thanks is showing and connecting with gratitude and GRATITUDE is one of the most powerful tools for increasing well-being. The quality of our lives will be determined by the focus of our attention. Gratitude is a great place to go when deciding where to place attention. Expressing gratitude has been linked to greater levels of happiness. Our focus can change on a dime from what’s missing to what is already there. If something is needed for a focus of gratitude, go to your body, that magnificent creation, and the practices of Yoga and Meditation for helping keep us centered and more able to place our attention where it enhances our lives.
